Nach der gestrigen 2. „Schnippeldisko“ veranstaltete Slow Food Youth Düsseldorf[1, 2] an den beiden folgenden Tagen im Boui Boui Bilk das „Good Food Festival“[3, 4], welches dem gehobenen kulinarischen Genuß fröhnte. Sehr positiv fiel mir auf, dass trotz noch vorhandener Fleischeslust der Trend deutlich in Richtung Vegetarismus/Veganismus[5, 6, 7, 8] ging, da zahlreiche Anbieter offensichtlich erkannt haben, dass Tierausbeutung als Geschäftsmodell heutzutage einfach nicht mehr „sexy“ ist.
